The encounter is a film in three parts unveiling abandoned spaces where different encounters take place between three duets of characters. In those places dedicated to dream, the characters experience an ephemeral moment through which an instant becomes eternity. Every actor also experiences his first encounter with his or her partner during the shooting.
Considering the projection on three distinct screens, the choice of the repetition of identical dialogs conceived to give priority to the musical aspect of composition is the beating heart of the creation
The dialogues composed by the extracts from director’s journal, from the improvisation between the actors and the director. The project asks viewers about the place of dialogue in a narration, somewhat in the manner of an ’'exercice de style’’ by French writer Raymond Queneau.

La rencontre est un film en trois parties qui dévoile des espaces abandonnées où s’effectuent des rencontres entre des trois duos de personnages. Dans ces lieux dédiés au rêve, les personnages passent un moment éphémère de leurs vies où l’instant devient l’éternité. Avec leurs partenaires, les comédiens font également l’expérience de la première rencontre au cours du tournage.
En réfléchissant à une installation vidéo projetée sur trois écran, un dialogue identique a été conçu avec une importance donnée à la notion de composition musicale et est prévu pour être interprété par trois duos dans des contextes différents.
